Attendees will be given a personal empowerment aptitude questionnaire to determine their present level of functionality from a balance vs. imbalance lifestyle management perspective in mind, body, and spirit development. Strategies to develop a winner’s mindset will be presented. Living in balance is success. Imbalance is chaos. Building self-esteem by living in balance to exhibit an optimum physical appearance (OPA), functioning at your maximum cognitive potential, and empowering yourself from spiritual growth will be addressed.
"Dealing with Change and Organization Dynamics in the New Millennium" (Leadership / Teams )
Dr. Robert Lemon
10:45 am-12:00 noon

There is a pronounced shift in the demands confronting organizational leadership, and these changes are a reflection of shifts in the workplace. With the new normal, organizations need to broaden their performance and accountability without compromising on human values and the needs of future generations. Leadership today needs to consider the new work ethic of work - life balance and manage the workforce by creating support team - oriented work environments and support. This presentation will outline the emerging concepts of leadership where the emphasis is on dealing with change and sustainability. In the new millennium, there are distinct changes accelerated by technological, economic, social, and cultural impact to organizational strategy.
Honorable Mary Watkins
EEO/Personnel
1:00- 2:15 pm
What action should you take if you feel discriminated against or harassed in the federal workplace? Presenter will provide attendees with everything they need to know about preparing to file an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Government
Mr. Yul Anderson
2:30-3:45

Technology in government is so pervasive, it will separate and destroy people and civilizations based on bias and historical data built into the system. Most importantly, AI/ML does not need human beings to run government. Who needs elected leadership when human beings have been trained to obey?
